General: • Minimum Age Renter must be 23 years old to be covered by Insurance Policy. • Individual Rental requires a valid major credit card, driving license and passport or personal ID. • One way rental charge for drop off between all Master Car Rental locations (fee 3,500 Baht). • Free delivery and pick up within 20 kilometers of all location. • Any late return of vehicle will be charged by half day rate. One full day charge will be applied    for later return than 5 hours. • Fuel Charge All vehicles are rented with full tank of high quality gasoline as specified by car    manufacturer. • Fuel charge will be applied as per the quantity missing plus 25% service charge. • All rented vehicles are not permitted to cross the border of kingdom of Thailand. • Cancellation will be charged 50% of full rental costs. • Pre-Authorization security deposit of THB 20,000-30000 for small group and THB 50,000    for Luxury Group from credit card at time of rental is compulsory to cover for    the excess expenses. • The change has to be done at least 24 hours prior to delivery and extra charge 500 Baht/time. Self Drive: Rate Includes: • No deductible for accident of all damages. • Special Unlimited Kilometers. • Car models and Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. • Extra Collision Damage Waiver (ECDW) and Personal Accident insurance (PAI),    Third Party Insurance. • All cars have refreshment complementary drinking water, CD Music and Map. Rate Excludes: • Fuel Used. • Child Safety Seats. • Navigation System (GPS). Airport-Hotel Transfer: • Rates are valid for a direct one way transfer between point to point and/or return one trip    goes directly to one point, no stop over around. • Rates included rental charge, VAT 7%, gasoline, chauffeur service, toll fee (express way),    and comprehensive 1st class insurance • The renter shall be responsible for all parking fee and extra charge at cost. • Surcharge of gasoline will be applied under agreement by both party or in one month prior    notice by any party. *All terms and conditions posted on www.mastercarrental.com apply and can be changed    without prior notice.
